Today I thought I would share a meal I prepped for lunch. Feel free to try this one out, because it was delicious! Sadly, I didn’t measure these out, but I did use the foods recommended in my last blog 9 Foods to Eat On a Ketogenic Diet. So I know I’m eating the right stuff! I did keep the cranberries to a minimum, so I don’t exceed my sugars.
Remember the ratios, 65% dietary fats, 30% protein and 5% carbs (less than 20 grams per day).
