Today is my second day!
This was my first video after I completed my 10K steps for the day! Of the three challenge available I took the 4X10 Challenge to try to gain some of my muscle back.
Since I am in the 4X10 Challenge I need to complete 10 sets of 10 push-ups, sit-ups and squats for a total of 100 a day. Plus, walk 10K steps each day.
