I can’t believe it has already been a week!
Well since it has been a week it’s time for a progress picture.
As you will see, there isn’t much difference in muscle tone. Even though I have completed my workouts every day.
Although, I do feel like I have lost some excess body fat around my waist. I feel slimmer, and feel I have more muscle than I did last week. Which is probably true, you just can’t definitively tell.

I didn’t weight myself, but I will on Day 14. At that point, I will decide if I need to start eating more calories. Right now I am around 1700 – 1800. Which is normal for my weight on a keto diet and staying in ketosis.
I have walked 10,000 steps every day. I am sure I have hit 10,000 steps in seven days before, but it’s really cool to see it on my phone!

That’s 70,000 steps in a week. It makes it much easier when it’s broken down into smaller goals. If I was told to do 70,000 steps in a week, I could do it, but it would seem like a much more daunting goal!
