Hyten Global Keto Challenge – Day 8

Today was like a sucker punch to the head and really my entire body.

 

Last night, I went for a second workout. And boy was I regretting it this morning!

I woke up dehydrated and fatigued. I have the keto flu and ketosis symptoms all over again! I didn’t drink enough water leading up to my second workout and had only a small amount after.

Hyten Global Keto Challenge Day 7

So today, I kept with my eating habits on the keto diet. Plus, plenty of extra water! I am feeling better but this morning sure didn’t feel very good.

KetoBoost definitely helped me today. But the water was by far the best thing I could have done today.

It’s a learning experience…
