It really didn’t dawn on me until a co-work said they are having trouble waking up in the morning.
Then I realized that for days 3-11 on the keto diet I felt the same way. And now on day 15 and even the last few days, I have been able to get up in the morning much easier.
I always have energy throughout the day and into the night. But the mornings were rough as my body was still adjusting to a high-fat diet.
Now, I feel like I am back in my routine and I feel better than ever! My mind is super clear, I have energy. Although when I don’t have Ketoboost, there are sometimes where it feels like things slow down. So I definitely see how I can start using the product during the day to really make me more efficient.
