Today was not one of my finer days. Work was challenging and I was in meetings all day, so I didn’t get my steps in and when I got home there were a lot of things around the house that I had to take care of.
I hate when I miss getting my 10K steps in a day. That just means I have to make it up the next day. By the end of the 28 days, I will have hit 280,000 steps. That is for sure!

Since I have been taking two rest days a week from the push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. I will have completed 2,000 of each by day 28!
It looks pretty cool when you add it up. So I will keep plugging away.
