Day 20 of the Hyten Global Keto Challenge

I procrastinated my steps today, but I got some good cardio in.

I did over 5K steps in within 30 minutes. I made sure that I took my KetoBoost right before this workout.

My workouts are much more fun with KetoBoost. It’s like hitting that next level of performance. Also knowing that while I am doing this I am not burning off muscle. KetoBoost switches the energy source to fat rather than glycogen. I don’t feel bad about doing high-intensity cardio.
