3 weeks down! Wow. This challenge has gone by so quickly.
The fact that I have so much energy and I actually enjoy my food has mad the world of a difference.
I can definitely see myself following the keto diet meal plan after the challenge is over because I feel so good!
So here is my progress picture from Day 1 to Day 21.I see an increase of muscle tone at in my abdominal area for sure and the same goes for my chest.
Doing 100 push-ups, sit-ups and squats a day, 4 times a week has made me feel a lot stronger and even lighter.
It’s crazy how even though I only weight 166 pounds at the beginning of this. I felt much much heavier…
Since it’s Day 21. I also weight myself. And to my surprise, I have lost 7 pounds. I am down to 159.
I have one week remaining of the challenge. I am hoping that I will be around 162, with a little more muscle. So I will up the number of calories I am consuming.
