Day 25 – Only Three Days Remaining!

I counted my steps up here is a screen shot of those steps. I average just above 10K steps for the 25 days thus far.

So fat I have achieved 251,852 steps and completed 1,700 push ups, 1,700 sit-ups and 1,700 squats!

I feel great and it’s incredible what being consistent will do for your body.
