I thought it would be fun to make a Keto Cheat Sheet.
It is very simple but shows you popular foods that people like to eat and keto friendly foods. Hopefully, this gives you more insight as to what you should replace and alternatives to choose from.
This should be a big help giving you food ideas that are ketogenic diet friendly.
Honestly, the first time you try a keto diet. The biggest challenge or questions are what do I eat?
Or I hear, I eat this… What about this?
Please keep in mind this was the most basic easy way to give you eating alternatives, I know there are many other options that you can substitute. But for simplicity purposes, I only included a one or two alternatives.
